The location of Sky Touristic Attic was perfect for us, with the metro station nearby and just a short walk to the city center. We loved the sunny terrace, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. The apartment was modern and comfortable, with a great balcony and shutters on all windows to keep out noise and light. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the provision of big, soft towels and soap. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed any issues we had.

The location was mind-blowing! Just steps away from the main Metro station and public bikes' station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The close proximity to the old town and the easy access to Turia gardens through the bicycle path was jaw-dropping. The apartment itself was modern and had an awesome balcony with shutters on all windows, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The little dish washing set provided was a nice touch. The key code entry made it hassle-free to come and go. The subway station close by and the nearby bike lock made it a breeze to get to the beach. The rooftop balcony was jaw-droppingly spacious and the bed linen and towels were spotless. The modern and relaxing decor added to the overall comfort. The property's excellent location, within walking distance to the city center and with easy access to the metro station, was a huge plus. The supermarket within a short walk was super convenient. We loved the terrace and the air conditioning. The bed was great and everything else exceeded our expectations. The large fridge and freezer provided ample space. a super stay!

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Valencia. My purpose was to explore the city for a few days and Sky Touristic Attic was the perfect choice. The hotel's location is ideal, with the metro nearby and the center of the city just a short walk away. There is also a supermarket within a 5-10 minute walk. The highlight of this hotel is the amazing rooftop terrace, which is even larger than the room itself. The design and furniture are stylish, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed, great air conditioning, large towels, and provided soap. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly responsive and quickly addressed any requests or issues, such as providing an extra blanket and fixing the water pressure. I had a wonderful stay at Sky Touristic Attic and would highly recommend it to others.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

the positive aspects of the place were that it had a great location, being very close to the old town, Turia gardens, and even the sea. the apartment itself seemed promising, with a nice terrace and modern amenities. our excitement quickly turned to disappointment. We were left stranded on the street upon arrival, as the check-in process was confusing and there was no communication from the property. the apartment had numerous issues, including broken patio doors, blinds, and shutters, making us feel unsafe. the stench of sewage on the terrace was unbearable, and the lack of a kettle and basic kitchen supplies was inconvenient. the unhelpful staff and lack of response to our concerns added to the frustration. In the end, our experience at this attic was far from enjoyable.
